Hi there!! I’m so glad that you tagged me and considered me as a talented editor!! Well i mainly use ibispaintx for shading and whatsoever and picsart and vsco for filters ans adjusting the colors of my edits! I hope this helps youu but I’m not a professional editor! Stay safe ily!!
Thank you so much it means a lot!
Omg, one of my favorite editors tysm for answering!! your edits was literally the best! can i ask how do you guys make the quality better because i use ibis paint x as well but sometimes it looks a little blurry i hope i didn’t bother you! Tysm for answering!
Omg you’re so sweet!!! Well i don’t use an app to actually make the quality better I’m sorry
Omg its okay ms moon! Tysm for answering! one last question can i ask what size of canvas do you use for editing on ibis paint x i mean which size?
Oh i use the 1:1 size it fits more if you want to share your edit on Instagram!
hi and wow ty for tagging me as talented. I kinda see you already got loads of amazing help from moonsbaby and so I’ll leave ya to it!
Tysm ms moons! it means a lot you’re so sweet kind and talented!
Omg!!! You guys are really talented! I really wanna learn how to edit so bad can i ask which apps do u use ms granolias? If its okay ofc!!!
ofc!! i currently use procreate but before that I used ibis paint X and medibang.
for filters I use VSCO and polarr (but lately I’ve been leaning towards this app since it has more free filters).
my canvas size changes depending what I’m trying to do and what quality I’m looking for but most of my edits are either 2000 x 3000px and 3240 x 4096 px.
Thank you so much ms granolias! It really means a lot and i hope i really didn’t bother you all i just really wanna learn how to edit so bad tysm!!!
Hey! Thank you for tagging, that’s really sweet! I use procreate, but honestly it’s not the most efficient app for editing. I don’t tend to use filters or dramatic contrasts for light and shadow and instead just fix them up a bit, but I recommend watching light source tutorials on YouTube to help you understand light and shadows better.
I’ve heard good things about Lumi for filters. I use Lightroom for quality fixes but if you minimize the amount of image transformation you do (rotation, etc) you should need to sharpen too much.
I’m kind of a control freak so I do everything on separate layers, so I use a smaller canvas to increase the number of layers available in procreate. I honestly think the most important thing is keeping everything proportional. But if you want to recolour or add texture to the hair, you can paint over it. Just takes a bit of experimenting. Idk if you have specific questions, feel free to ask!
you’re welcome! and you didn’t bother me at all, haha.
Ibis paint, Procreate or MediBang paint. I love all these apps! They’re good for different reasons
Hey, I use photoshop and autodesk, I hope this helps!
