Hey! So every time I go on the a a get a pop up and I have to press okay about 10-15 times before it goes away. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it continues to happen. Can anyone fix this for me please!

Otherwise I have no idea how to help you. @Jeremy and @Sydney_H have any ideas?

So, that sounds like you have a purchase that needs to be paid because possibly a card was declined. Meaning you need to pay that purchase because otherwise, you can’t get on apps. Or I could be completely wrong lol

It started happening when I pressed restore purchase in settings and hasn’t went away since then. I use the same card for everything so idk what it could be.

Unfortunately I was not able to find a solution as yet. The episode support team told me they could not help and to contact Apple. I reached out to Apple support and they were also not able to help. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’ll update you if I find a solution!
