Every time I go to press the ‘Preview’ button on the writers portal it starts to say downloading then proceeds to say ‘Error: Assertion failed: undefined’. Does anyone know what this means or if anyone has had this problem before and knows how to fix it too?? Pls help
Try contact Episode through a support ticket 
Try to make changes and then re load of doesn’t work then completely exit and come back but keep in mind that it won’t save the changes. If still it doesn’t work then try contacting the support team.
