Rigght It’s so weird and if they meant they’d be available on the 27th then episode apparently needs to go back to school to learn their grammar / words . Plus the fact you spend 29 gems for it , that’s just like

Not to mention I accidentally did it on my friends account (spent 29 
) and it was all for nothing 
this happened to me too! I was given the option to buy an outfit for 29 gems with the “chance” to have it added to my profile. Then it asked for another 29 to add the outfit to my profile. It’s possible that the same thing is happening to you. It’s a horrible trick and unfortunately if you don’t buy then you move on with the story.

When I go to dress my avatar I always get the same outfits, a girl told me that you can buy outfits with gems but I don’t know how:(

Just wanted to update this if anyone did this send a support ticket as I finally did and after a little bit of going back n fourth they refunded my 29 gems .

Hi again! Thanks for the tag! Unfortunately, I got the same experience, they didn’t elaborate as to why the outfits didn’t add to the profile closet. Which is odd considering how they were able to recover an outfit I had purchased from a pop up shop last year (but didn’t get the outfit at first) 
It’s a bit of a bummer considering how much time everyone wasted to get the outfit they wanted, just to receive the 29 gems back😭
Dam I will say I am happy I got my gems back . I was a bit worried they were going to say Sorry and not do anything . It is sad still cuz I wanted that outfit but eh I can do without . Hopefully next time they do profile outfits they will be better and actually go to our profiles .
