and you also have to be able to differentiate between constructive criticism and hate cause some people just want you to better.
Make sure you’re writing for the right reasons and if you are then try and focus on that reason. Take your time also with updates and if you feel everything is getting too much then you can take a break from the socials it’s alright don’t worry you’ll be fine.
