Why should I give this story a read?
I’ve created an LGBTQ romance that focuses on older-than-high-school characters who are beyond the coming out stage and are dealing with adult romantic situations and challenges. Why should I give this story a read? The one thing I hate when reading stories on episode is when the female MC (because the main character is usually a female) is weak, dependent on a male to save her, or confident but it’s translated into being a “bad girl”. I wanted to make a story that opposes that idea, a story where the female lead is a strong woman. In this story the female lead is taking her life back and that’s why you should read it because this is a story about how STRONG females can be versus how weak they are and/or dependent on someone else to save them.
