Rules
General
- Please only order in the artist’s preferred style unless otherwise specified.
- Don’t spam the thread, please. We don’t want to have the thread too cluttered. Thank you!
- Do not PM us. You may PM @Tara3 with your request and for prices, but unless we PM you, please don’t PM us.
- Everyone has limitations, so do we. We have a Cans and Can’ts tab. Please read it before requesting.
- If your request is too complicated, we can decline it.
- If you don’t answer to a question within 5 days, your order won’t be completed.
Requesting
- Use the password: Off with their heads! . Please blur it and ignore the red password listed above, it is a fake password.
- Please tag the artist you’d like to make your request.
- We have a lot of things to keep track of. You must Must MUST fill out the right form and fill out every question.
- No thread-hopping. It’s rude and really discourages us. If we catch you doing it, we will ban you from this shop and let all the other shops know.
- If you would like to cancel your request, don’t just delete your post, please make a separate post and tag @scarlettm and the artist you requested from. Then, if you want to, you can delete your post.
- Only have a max of 3 things in your order with the exception of banners and outfits.
Final Product
- We will tag you when your product is completed.
- Please respect that we have lives too and we won’t always have your request done that day. You can politely ask for an update, but you can’t ask every single day. If your artist doesn’t answer for at least a week, then you can cancel it and ask at another shop.
- If you would like something changed, we will ask you and fix it. You cannot, I repeat CANNOT change anything. If you do, we will have you banned. We will ask you many, many times if you would like something changed, don’t change anything yourself.
- Everything we make is either for somebody or for us. So you are only allowed to use whatever we make specifically for you. You artist will give the product to you, but you are not allowed to give it to anyone else (unless as a reference) ad nobody else is allowed to use it (unless it’s a reference).
- You must give credit. How to credit each artist specifically is listed in the Artists section.
We all have limitations. Below is a list of things we can’t do and things we can do. Don’t ask or request things we can’t make, it’s just not in our skill sets and you have to respect that.
