I’m trying to use an overlay with the background INT. CEO OFFICE OL - DAY and put it on the desk, but when I add the overlay to the scene the desk isn’t there. Is this just what happens with OL backgrounds?

Is it completely not there, or is it possible that it is being hidden behind the default overlay? Try adding the layer for the default overlay by doubling the background (you don’t need to upload it as a overlay).

When you add a new overlay to a background that has an overlay attached to it, the background’s overlay gets removed. So you will need to re-add the background’s overlay (by using the background name as the overlay name) along with the other overlay you’re trying to add.
