Also you wrote @remove Mum but later you have her in with May. The line above the @pause. That might be the error!!

When you write a line of dialogue in capital letters, you need to add a punctuation mark at the end of the sentence or else the script thinks it is meant to be a character. If you add an exclamation mark or full stop to the end of AUGHHHHH, then the error will go away
