Hello, what apps do you use for making cut out overlays?
I’m practicing making cut out overlays like these

in ibis paint but the sides look messy and not straight, is there any tips for making it look straighter and less messy or apps that you can make better overlays instead of ibis paint? If there is, please tell me.

Do you have a laptop? I think it will be easier to find free programs on a laptop than on a tablet but I could be wrong. I personally use ibis magic wand tool and then zoom in and erase it will the eraser tool.

No I use a phone and it’s a Samsung a51

if you have a laptop then u can use photoshop or gimp
if u have only android then u can use picsart or ibis paint x…
there is other app too… but i am not sure which one…
