SO when I was little I actually believed I was destined to be poor af cause of my race crazy ik It was due to a number of things Lived by the projects, all the black ppl I knew were poor as shit among those being the media, at the time we didn’t have cable or internet Still don’t 
we had an antenna so whatever was on was whatever I watched. I thought cartoon to some extent was entertaining, but I couldn’t really relate to bunny’s or whatever other creatures they would show and the only black cartoon character I ever saw at the time was little bill and I didn’t even get to see that often
I also wished that I was white For a number of reasons
I think that’s about all I had to say

What characters did you relate to if at all? Did you just never relate to anybody for any reason? Do you relate to any characters now?
I’m glad you at least now get that it is crazy to think that your destiny is to be poor. Maybe poor in spirit! Praise Jesus! But you have to be destined for greatness! Why else would you be here? <3

I mostly watched Nick Jr cause that’s the only kid channel we could get, and only at certain times. I couldn’t really relate to any character, I thought they were funny sure. But there wasn’t much beyond that.
I actually don’t watch movies/tv as much as I did when I was little barely at all really But i can’t seem to relate to my own characters that i make whenever i write

No, its normal. When i was a kid i couldnt relate to anyone to actually. First time I felt related is when I was watching Buffy it was when i was 18 or smthg
