Yes anyone in their RIGHT mind
this girl probably never see someone die let alone while their standing 5 feet away
I can totally understand if she was to scare to infer with cope
True, but now she has to live with the thought that she could’ve prevented it.
Edit: Each to its own
I’m glad that they videoed it so the people can know how messed up cops can be. If they didn’t record it they wouldn’t have any evidence, but I get what you’re saying.
On the forums I don’t normally like getting into to to many controversial threads but this one needs to be talked about.
This man should not have been killed like this.
This isn’t new. People need to open their eyes. Why in the world are people attacking the bystanders for this? Those people were scared. They didn’t know if speaking up was going to get them killed or not. This type of stuff happens all the time in America. It doesn’t always get the news coverage it needs. On the rare occasion it does like this time the person gets turned into a hashtag for a little while. After that most people won’t even bat an eye to them until the next person is killed and the cycle repeats again. And that is all absolute bullsh*t. There are protests going on over this mans death at the moment. People are getting shot at and tear gas is being throw at people by the men and women in blue that are supposed to be protecting them.
Yah I would love to say I would have spoken up but in reality I know I couldn’t. I would be scared for my life too. If I was in the area I know I would be at those protests but in the moment I know I couldn’t have spoken up. The majority of people are in the same boat.
Also this man is more than just a name on the news. He is more than just a statistic. Look into him and his family. He isn’t just some trending hashtag.
(This isn’t directed at anyone on this thread.)
Respect
Agreed! They should’ve helped him…
Also sometimes the cameras don’t work because a friend of mine got robbed in a snatch and run then boom suddenly the video of it was gone.
It is great that people are looking into this man’s death. It would be great if people started to care more about the constantly rising number of POC that are killed.
I agree because I would’ve been scared too!! I may have helped him if I were there but not everyone’s like me.
I am by no means trying to dismiss his death! I just hope people will learn from this and start to truly look into the problem here. This man’s death is part of a huge problem in America’s system. The cop that killed him deserves punishment; yes. But if more people looked at the sytem and pushed for the system to change than we could prevent this more. How many more lives have to be lost before people pay attention?
I created the thread so please be respectful still!
I should’ve made rules
Oh well
Honestly as a black person it makes me scared everyday and i have worry about getting killed. May his soul rest in peace.
Exactly and my teacher always tells me to never wear a hoodie out in public… (because I always wear them lol) it’s a shame that I can’t wear a hoodie without being scared.
, no one deserves to feel that. But in this world we all have to survive one way or another.
I agree with your point btw!
Yes when a black person wears a hoodie you it means you are a “suspicious” person. But when other races do it its ok. This isn’t fair at all im scared to wear hoodies too cause of this.
Really? My school is full of caucasian peers and let me tell you they’re extremely racist towards me and my friends. (We’re Hispanics btw) it’s cruel.
One triggering thing this dude said was “Aze get cleaning, the floor needs to be swept, aren’t yah good at that?”.
Extremely rude
Oh and not to mention my vice principal she’s so rude. I was walking down the hallways and greeted her and she just looked at me up and down and walked away
like holy guacamole!
Bruh they are sick and idk what they get with being racist
Throw the whole damn school away with everyone in it

gurl I wish!
