I’ve seen many, including myself, struggle with making background characters. I think it’d be helpful if the portal had a button that would randomize different features and give you a character that you could use or possibly edit to your liking. I think this would make it much easier to focus on the actual story than be stuck on creating character for only one scene.

it actually does have that if you just write a name in the script it will ask if it shall make a charatere for you. and do just that

Yeah, I think most dont. you just write a name. like I call all background characters female or male with a number after.
