All of your characters are 
to me! The only exception (respectfully) is LI2; I just personally think that his lip color is too dark for his skin tone.
His black eyebrows are a bit distracting too, but I understand that some people have different colored eyebrows to their hair so I actually don’t think the brows needs to change, well, nothing does really — it’s your story! 
I can fix the the lip color.
The eyebrow color issue is much harder because there aren’t any matching colors… 
any other color would look even more distracting
I totally get that! I don’t understand why Episode doesn’t release matching brow colors.

I think I’d be more inclined to use either Fair Rose Matte or Pink Peach Lt Gloss, but it’s totally up to you. Don’t feel pressured to change anything if you like him the way that he is. 
Wait, I just checked, and I realized Dara’s templates does have the color ash blonde, and the customization of the writers doesn’t have it.

Personally, I like to use the eyebrow color ‘dark brown’ for characters with Ash blonde hair. I have a friend with pretty much that hair color and ash brown eyebrows, so I think ‘dark brown’ comes the closest!
