Add the png I uploaded then add a new layer

Then you use your dip pen soft brush to 2.8 and outline the hair

Then click the eye the turn your pic off

And you’ll see the outline

Now add a next layer and layer and raise your opacity back to 100

Now use your and hold on to the areas circled red and add it to the side

Well join we’re still at the beginning

So now you choose the colours at the side

And bring brush 49

And bring opacity back to 74

Put on your stabilizer and force fade

Now start on your new layer and follow the colours you pick

[Rac5hel]

You can always pick more colours of the hair while going along
So it should look like this so far

So you just making strokes in the hair but make sure at the roots of the hair you curve the strokes to make it more realistic

Now choose your next colours and do the same till it’s covered

So you do it till it look like this

If you still see open spaces fill it in

Where the circles are

All you do is add a next layer and move it below the other layer like this

And keep filling the empty spaces

So you will get this
