It’s only been 2 days, so I would suggest waiting a couple more days at least as she might genuinely be busy. Why do you think she’s ignoring you?
Ultimately though, if the author is ignoring your messages and not holding up their end of the deal, there’s not much you can really do, unfortunately 
I do get that it’s annoying and upsetting though.

Give it some time. If they don’t respond back, there’s not a whole lot you can do, but you can make note of their username and block them.

If she only agreed to this yesterday, that is not very long so you should really be patient and leave it a few more days.

I’m not sure what the situation is between you and the person in question, and there is multiple possibilities here. Maybe she’s busy, maybe she’s ill… or maybe you’re right and she’s ghosting you, after getting what she wanted?!
Either way you could use this experience as a learning curve, you should never openly trust someone you don’t know. This is why securing yourself in read for reads is important, especially where gems are concerned.
Personally, even if I don’t like the story that I’m reading during R4R’s… I still always honour read for reads, and gem for gems. But I know that some people don’t… therefore I have a few rules that I follow:

I never go first! I wait for the other person to send me screenshots from the first episode of my story, first… then I read theirs and send them some screenshots, too!

We never read the whole amount of agreed episodes in one sitting, this is to secure the both of us. We always do the first episode each, then the second ep each… and so on. That way, if the other person doesn’t respond after you’ve read their first chapter… then you don’t read any more of their chapters, this also prevents you from losing a lot of gems.
So my advice is… next time, definitely set some rules similar to these. Just to prevent yourself from being taken advantage of.

Now I’m curios if it’s the same person who did me dirty like 6 days ago, we agreed on r4r and g4g (35 gems) and once I sent her proof that I read her story and donated the 35 gems which she responded with thanks, I’ll get to your story soon since I’ve been busy, which is understandable, but 5 days passed and when I messaged her again, she said she hasn’t even gotten on the app and the worst part is that she told me she doesn’t even have 35 gems 
who tf agrees agrees to a certain amount of gems if you don’t have that amount!! so for anyone reading this DO NOT agree to r4r if you know you’re busy, and please DO NOT agree to g4g if you know you don’t have enough gems, although I don’t think that excuse was true 
now I don’t know who to trust lmao sorry for this long rant, as you can tell I’m quite annoyed… 
she just wanted to steal from a small author, I say this because she has over 140K reads

But really 35 gems, I aleeady make her VIRAL everwhere, because why? We waste our time and money for somebody uselesee!
As for now if somebody or me asking r4r4 and g4g I let them do first and I tell them I’m worried little bit because 15 gems lost just like that haha

@StoriesByRayna is right, set some rules first before you start R4R next time. 
I know myself. I am a busy person, too. But I don’t promise and ghost someone. Even when it’s a day prior afterwards I let someone know if I have time or not. And when I didn’t. I am sorry. So, whoever did this to you is an idiot 
. What I try to say here is: there are many reasons why someone can’t react or is ignoring someone. But don’t do that. Don’t. It’s hurtful to the other. I only am free in weekends lately, so I don’t start R4R’s during the week. It’s that simple. I feel sorry for you @Inagitaepisode.
