Reccommendations on good artists

Hi, I am in need of a special art scene but am looking for a good artist to make it for me as I have had no luck making it myself, it is a scene where I want the readers to see and feel the emotions, please can anyone recommend a good

Lime light and it’s a scene where the main character is sobbing into the love interests chest and he has a tight hold on her I want the emotions to show and the love to show, it’s suppose to be a emotional scene I’m just not talented enough to do it myself
