The cover for my upcoming story as been rejected this morning and I’m a bit frustrated now 
How do I do to contact them and fix this ?

why was it rejected?
I’m writing a vampire story and on my cover, we can see the vampire with a wine glass with blood in it and because the liquid is RED I assume they thought it was actual wine…

yeah that is properly the reason it was rejected, is a cover you commission, maybe you can edit out the wine glass, I might be able to do so. if you will let me.

Really ? Well, I really like the way my cover is but if the glass is really an issue for them then I will sure like you to edit it for me…

when they rejected it they must have written you which of the guidelines you broke - that migh hint out what is the issue.
Also if you want to contact them you can do so via ticket - but from my experience they do not give more detailed explanation than you already got in the rejection notifications.

I sent a ticket to them! Thank you. I hope it will be approved cuz I don’t really want to redo my whole cover just for that…
