Remembering Past Choices - problem with if/else

Hi there. I’ve been searching for an answer on the forum for about one hour, I tried many things but nothing seems to work.
Here’s my script:
PROBLEM

It says “ERROR: Unexpected ELSE: else”
I tried with elif and it ends up the same. I don’t know what to do.
Can someone help me please?
Thanks ! :slight_smile:

Try doing another label instead of having the “if” and “else” inside the choice “Yes”

Like this:

choice
“Yes”{

goto label if_else < This label’s just an example

}
“I already talked to them.”{

KATE (think_rubchin)
(Might be useless.)

goto label after_meeting
}

label if_else

if (FIRSTMEETING is “The guy with red hair”){

goto label meet_stanley
}else{

goto label meet_noah
}

I’m sorry if this doesn’t work :sweat_smile:

you can also do it your way, it was just a problem with brackets :slight_smile: just make sure for goto use only label name :slight_smile:

choice
"Yes"{

if (FIRSTMEETING is “The guy with red hair”){

goto meet_stanley
}else{

goto meet_noah
}

}“I already talked to them.”{

goto after_meeting
}

Oh yeah… I didn’t even notice that the brackets for the choice “Yes” were repeated. That’ll make it easier!
