Hi, I have this gif and.I want to.include it to.the story,but I.need to.RESIZE it?

Also do I add it to backgrounds just like normal pictures?

You can’t add gifs as backgrounds, however you can have a similar effect with overlays, having a separate overlay for every “frame”.
