Restoring Progress

Hi! I just got a new phone today and downloaded Episode right away, but I noticed that when I tried to restore my progress, it’d give me an error. I read that this error usually pops up when your restoring progress from android to IPhone but I’m going from one IPhone to a new IPhone, so I don’t see why it won’t work. Has anyone else had this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I haven’t but I think the best thing to do would be to send a ticket to admin and let them handle it.
