I think it’s good! It hits the story’s plot to the point 
Here are some suggestions though:

Anna is bounced around foster homes all her life until she meets Jasmine and Allen. Can they change her mind and save her heart from another break?

Anna can’t keep a home, all she’s ever known is foster care. It’s not going to be any different with Jasmine and Allen. Or so she thought…
Also I think the title is way too generic in my opinion
