Rotating a car- Help Needed Before I pull my hair out

So I have this car overlay that I’m trying to park in a parking space. The car is naturally parked horizontally, but I rotated it 90 and now it’s vertical but it’s on its side. I need it to flip on its wheels, can I get the code for that?

This is what I’ve been trying to do, I’m new to rotating overlays, so I’m so frustrated.

Why did that picture confuse me?

Because it’s laying on it’s side and it needs to be on it’s wheel, I’m trying to figure out how to flip it lmao
