I don’t know how to make the car wheel overlay that I made rotate so that It looks like the car is moving can some one help?

What’s the issue? 
Everything in your script looks fine. Other than maybe speeding it up faster than 2 seconds.
If your wheel is rolling around funny, that means it’s not in the centre of the canvas, the blank space around it is asymmetrical.
Edit: Just realised the wheel could be underneath lol.
