Rotating overlay problem (HELP ASAP)

Hi guys!
So I was making the wheels on the car to rotate and this happens and I don’t know how to fix it!

So if you can see here, the wheel overlays are exactly on the wheels if the car (I don’t know if you can see because the opacity is 0.5)

But over here when the wheel overlays are rotating and moving at the same time, they come out of their position and they’re not in the car anymore

I’d really appreciate it if someone can help me!
