Rotation going weird

I’m trying to rotate a limp but whatever I seem to do it keeps bouncing and then going to its place.

I’ll paste some of my script:
&ADA stands screen center in zone 2 AND overlay ADA ARM 3 opacity 1 in 0 AND overlay ADA ARM 4 opacity 1 in 0 AND overlay ADA TORSO 5 opacity 1 in 0 AND overlay ADA SKIRT 1 opacity 1 in 0 AND overlay ADA HAND 3 opacity 1 in 0 AND overlay ADA HAND 5 opacity 1 in 0
@pause for .1

&zoom on 320 102 to 448% in 1 using easeout AND overlay ADA TORSO 5 rotates 5 anchor point 0 0 in 1 using easeinout AND overlay ADA ARM 3 rotates -60 anchor point 0 0 in 1 using easeinout AND overlay ADA HAND 3 rotates -45 anchor point 0 0 in 1 using easeinout AND overlay ADA TORSO 5 shifts to 158 6 in zone 1 in 1 using easeinout AND overlay ADA ARM 3 shifts to 32 -121 in zone 2 in 1 using easeinout AND overlay ADA ARM 4 shifts to 120 -43 in 1 using easeinout AND overlay ADA HAND 3 shifts to 300 -85 in zone 1 in 1 using easeinout AND overlay ADA SKIRT 1 shifts to 141 -5 in zone 1 in 1 using easeinout
@pause for .1

(Look at ADA ARM 3)
This is the rotation part

&overlay ADA ARM 3 opacity 0 in 0
&overlay ADA ARM 3 shifts to 94 -27 in zone 1
&overlay ADA ARM 3 scales to .279 .279
&overlay ADA ARM 3 rotates 0 anchor point 0 0

This is where I placed it.

I don’t know what to do…

Hey, I’m a little confused did you place this:

and then right after that you put this:

on the script?

Oh no no I placed it first before rotation.
