Should I fill out form 1 or form 2.0?

Form 1 is for cover, into, outro, splashes, character card and profile picture (mostly episode related)

Form 2 is for watermark, logo, highlight cover or adverts (not always episode related)

So you can fill the form appropriate to your request.
