I actually disagree with this, since I have a pretty close bond with my family and I know for sure I can trust them, but I understand that many others experience issues when it comes to family.
To anyone who has been through sexual assault, I’m really sorry. You don’t deserve to be treated like that.

I almost became a victim, and I’m really scared to say that today if I had not acted as per education given to me on this topic, I would have had to erase the almost in this sentence

But what if the victim didn’t know the person, and still decides to do it. 
I’m still trying to find some information on that part. Tbh, it can happen to anyone regardless if you know the person or not.

I’m not saying that there’s not sexual assaults where the attacker is a stranger. But most sexual assault happens by people someone knows, so most ‘advice’ to ‘prevent’ sexual assault won’t be helpful.
