I’m looking for someone who can either do them for me or give me a hand finding/using a app/program so I can try them myself? I’m desperate to publish my story but I want art scenes included first.
Wanting a close up of the top half of the face first of all but I’m struggling on making it look realistic.

If you would like to try doing edits for yourself, I suggest using Ibis Paint X 
(It’s what I use)
It’s a free app, there are many tutorials on youtube with tips and tricks, Once you get the hang of what you want and how to do it, creating covers/edits become easier

Did you put your character in and then edit or draw from scratch?
I screenshot the character I want edited, draw the outline of what I want so I can add/remove anything else (like hair) then color it from scratch and add detail 
I’m going to give it a go and see how i get on
