Personally, I think fireflies or little lights are super romantic, but that’s just me. If you do decide to try that, there are some pretty good firefly effects/ overlays on the forum, and in the portal.

what layer should i put them at the fireflies
Arianna is layer 2 and lucas is layer 3 i need them behind them

I’d say layer 1 or 0 is a good layer.

Maybe to make the scene more romantic and subtle, you could also add a small overlay of the water being reflective on them? :))
