Hi everyone, so, I am really upset because I lost like 10 hours of progress on my story when I am 110% sure I saved. And after that I made a few more changes that also deleted when I am sure I saved that too. I even sat here with my sister as we waited for everything to save. Is this happening to anyone else? I am just really stressed out because I spent the whole night writing and it didn’t save, with no sleep.

Update: even more of my story was deleted than I thought! I really don’t know what to do, my anxiety can’t handle this.

i’ve heard one person encountered the same problem on IG. it resolved itself. i would recommend to back-up. or download an extension on your browser that can just copy whatever you write. try singing out and in from your episode account.

Under the “Need Help” button on the left, there should be some blue text saying “See all Previous Revisions”, you could look through there and try to see if any of the revisions were saved.

No it didn’t save anything! This really put me down too, I am not motivated to write anymore and I lost my flame, I don’t know what to do 
the same thing just happened to me
i literally previewed the whole story in the app with my script then went into the portal and the stuff i’d just read wasn’t there?? this needs to be fixed asap
I know right! I was on a 4 day streak and I haven’t written in a week because I ain’t motivated anymore
