You have given two MICROPHONE overlays in the same sentence which is causing this error
Try removing one and add it as
@overlay MICROPHONE create
in the next line

You have the overlay MICROPHONE twice. If you want to create a duplicate, you have to do it like this:
&overlay MICROPHONE2 create from MICROPHONE
&overlay MICROPHONE2 opacity 1 in 0
