Script template for inside bed/help needed please

Hi, does anyone have a script template for the character lying inside the bed or under duvet (using the bed and pillow background)?

the character just woke up and is checking phone

please I will give credit. I have been stuck on this for 2 hours now

I would just be:

INT. BACKGROUND NAME - DAY with DUVET at layer 2
@CHARACTER changes into CHARACTER_Sleep
&CHARACTER spot ___ ___ ___ AND CHARACTER faces [direction] AND CHARACTER is read_phone_neutral_loop AND CHARACTER moves to layer 1
