Transition night to day

Oh, I know a lot of types to do a day-night transition. One of the is
BACKGROUND - NIGHT
@transition fade out white in 3
BACKGROUND - DAY
and the opposite:
BACKGROUND - DAY
@transition fade out black in 3
BACKGROUND - NIGHT
At least that’s how I usually do them (everything you need to change is in capitals)
