When I go into the outfit portal there is a scroll bar so that I can scroll through all the clothing. Everything I click anything (such as tops for example) the scroll bar disappears and only allows me to view a limited amount of the newest tops. I can’t seem to keep my scroll bar. If I reload over and over it will stay about 1 out of 20 times.

Is it possible that your browser window is very wide and so the scroll bar is not showing up?
If so, could you try making your window narrower - does the scroll bar show up in that case?
Assuming the scroll bar shows up, are you able to scroll and have more items load?
