The one I was thinking of wasn’t and I only saw Playing Princess with her in a red dress dancing with some guy. I probably didn’t get the test version because I have never seen a white dress with a guy in a suit on an episode cover.

Episode release chapters to a certain amount of readers to beta test it to get feedback and see if everything runs smoothly.

If episode hasn’t announced the story is live on the app then most likely it is a beta version on your app.

Yes, it happens that when a going to be featured story is in testing and not officially released, it appears on some readers’ phones. If Episode officially features a story, it has an E logo on the top left corner of the small cover and Earn Gems options below the description.
