Hey @Anastasia_writer! You didnāt approach wrongly, donāt worry about that. currently, most of our artists arenāt active or arenāt really taking requests at the moment. Iām sorry! Like I mentioned above, this shop isnāt active any more so I would go to another shop unless you want to try PMāing any of the artists

@Rahzalie- Hi! Iām from the shop and would like to inform you about how most artists have been inactive. I suggest if you need your request done urgently to go to another shop. If not, then you can request from the artist you would like to take your request. Who you requested has been suspended, so she cannot take your request.
