I think u just need to blend the contour and highlight a bit more and add a few more eyelashes then youāll be good !

It looks great but it looks like the same thing I did but mines was more cartoonish
Maybe define the nose more with a bit of blending with darker colors and make the lip outlines a bit straighter! 
I did use a reference, so that might be why.

Just wanted to say that all the post of artwork are beautiful 
I know I used a reference as well but itās but When I saw I was wait i did that pic too but I like and as the others said more eyelashes and blend the contour more and itāll be picture perfect
