For the pose I used a reference photo and the colouring is just a lot of different shades of the same colour, different brushes, blur and blend

Sorry, I don’t do tutorials 
but my advice is to just practice and practice. I didn’t watch any tutorials, I just kept trying different techniques and brushes until I found the ones that best suited my style.
