Compared to my friends, I was always more intellectually structured, so to speak… so most of the time I had to explain anything I said, they always thought I was weird for using ‘big words’

No lie, my first attempt at an INK edit looked like someone on drugs tried to draw a zombie After that, I just kept trying different techniques and brushes until I found the ones that suited my style.

I still trial and error new ways, some work and some don’t but it’s my way of learning

I’m a visual learner so I think that helps because I can visualise what I want. I’ve been drawing digitally for 5 months but I’ve only had a pen for 2 months so the ones before then were quite awful.

I’m trying to get a new I phone to start drawing a little better and bigger. I haven’t tried a pen yet but I guess you using the pen makes you’re art better!

Trust me, a pen makes things 1000x better and easier! The one I use isn’t an expensive one like the editors on IG use, I literally bought the cheapest one I could find because it’s nothing but a hobby, I don’t need an expensive one I’m sure using an expensive one would make things even better but I’m not that fussed about perfection to be honest.

I never really thought about my art much or if anyone liked it, people bug me about my story mostly so I really should stop drawing and start using that time to write instead…
