I think you need to use a thicker and darker outline. Also I think the skin needs a bit if shading in a different color. If you use ibis paint turn on force fade point when you do your outlines. And things that need cleaner finer lines.

Im guessing you use the blur tool since i can see part of the coloring bleed out from the outline i recommend next time to clean your coloring/lineart next time.
Also when you do an eye i recommend you color the sclera in.
Also just cause im curious what program do you use?
