This is amazing lmao, love the outline . Same happens sometimes when I shade too. It’s from the shade colour being a bit too grey, use a darker version of the main skin tone

Nice outline but I think the reason behind the skin to look a bit dusty is because you are using the darker and lighter versions of the base colour.try shifting the colour wheel a little towards the reds when picking darker colours for your pallet and try shifting the colour wheel or slide (idk what it is called) a little towards the yellows for highlights.I hope it helps…
