Procreate is great for every style. Anime, cartoon, realistic, etc. If you know the artist nighty.episode, you can see that she uses procreate for most of her episode art too. 
I also use it! It’s really helped me.

All they said is true, But i’m not sure about Procreate pocket because I have the Ipad one and I’ll say it too that it’s amazing For me it’s easier to do hair because there are hair brushes, and there are all sorts of brush packs online that you can download, but you have to pay for most of them

I have procreate and ibis paint x
Personally, for me, I prefer to use procreate for realism and ibis paint x for my episode art. Something about drawing episode in procreate doesn’t suit me, I hate drawing episode in any other app apart from ibis paint x.
However, procreate is an incredible app and so much more advance than ibis paint x, especially with the Apple Pencil.

Just joking. It’s actually really good, compared to when I started doing art. Just turn on stabilizer if you’re using i bis paint, and always use the same brush size.

I can’t do custom hands 
they would look like dying petals even if I have a reference picture to trace over.
