Soft airbrush, and on the highlight layer change the blending mode to ‘Add’ and on the contour layer change the blending mode to ‘Multiply’
This is in Procreate Pocket but it’s the same in the iPad version of Procreate. This also works in iBis Paint, Photoshop and probably many other programs that have blending options for layers.

I use ibis paint and I was wondering if procreate is better? Is it worth it!

I would say procreate is really worth it. There’s brushes you can use for hair, highlight, loads of airbrushes, and more. you can see that nighty edits made a read my lips cover on it too. You should watch her for tutorials! <3

Okay well it’s probably just me but the eyes are so bright blue I can’t see em. The shading is a bit pinky orange when it should be more red. The shading of the hair is kinda shaky. And the shirt should be less of a straight line across
Yea…the top didn’t really work out for me. I had no idea on how I could make it less straight. ;-;

Just draw a curved line with a bit of crumbled shirt if that makes sense.
