Is she meant to be walking to another zone or just entering the scene?
If you place her outside of the camera, copy the spot code, paste it, then drag her to the desired spot in the scene and copy the walking code into your script. She should walk into the scene without suddenly turning big. You have the camera zoomed in, so you need to spot direct rather than using @char enters from left to screen left.
