That would be the pose of Character 3 and Character 1, character 1 and character 3 would like lovingly into each others eyes while he has his hand on her pregnant belly. And Character 2 who is preferably taller than them both will look at them, disapprovingly. Character 2 would have a facial expression of something like this:
