Okay, so your first cover is more likely to be rejected due to the guns on it, and for the second cover, hm I think that that’s fine to use.

I prefer the first. It looks so wholesome and like an awesome love story.
The other one sends me completely opposite vibes. It just makes me think that your story might break a few guidelines (even though it may not. I’m sorry if I’m offending anyone).

It really depends on the plot imo. First cover gives off the vibe of a love story. Second cover feels more like an action story. Choose based on what your story is about

Depends on what type of vibe you want for your story
If it’s more romance based - the first one (it’s super cute)
If it’s more action based - the second one (It looks super cool and badass)
I would go for whichever your story is most alike because if you use the second cover when it’s more of a romance type story then it might put some readers off and vice versa
