I recommend just writing until the characters reach their happily ever after (engagement, marriage, etc.)
Don’t stress over it! I’ve found that it’s easier for me to just worry about the first episodes, and leave the rest for later (unless your story has a very complex plot which needs to be thought out and planned.)
