In my opinion I think that hitting your child is unacceptable period, especially smacking!!! I know that if my mom did that to me I would’ve been took it to my aunts and uncles and be living with them.

I’m getting bored of reading the same things. I do agree with @lexiplaysepisode, a simple smack on the wrist is not harm. I am just so tired of this convo

I think that hitting your child doesn’t just make them obey but makes the child fear their parent and some people do fear their parent because of that. They don’t have anybody to go to when they feel down because they fear that one person they should feel most comfortable with.

I’m just gunna say it depends ( Parents are aloud to discipline Their kids if not behaving or ect ( arms , bellow the waste is fine ( it’s not against the law ) Some parent just want the best for their children so they don’t end up on the streets ,drop out of school or get caught up in gangs and illegal activities ect so it’s best to straighten them up and prepare them for the real world and future ( it’s best for them to act up at home and get a little disciplined, then them going out in public, saying bad stuff to the wrong people and getting hurt 1000x worst or ending up dead (they gotta learn how to respect people some how it all starts at home). If U look or search of how many celebrities Have said their parents smacked them majority say their thankful for that because it guided them to the life they have Now.

There are tons of smart and professional ways to deal with kids!
There are thousands of words that can affect kid’s behavior, attitude and feelings positively when said in the right way…
I’m not gonna give a lesson about how to deal with kids here! But there are so many books that can help parents deal with their kids, so if any parent is unable to deal with his/her kid(s), searching and reading a little won’t hurt!
The worst mistake anyone can make is the mistake he can see and understand but still does it anyway
