Silohetting Characters

In order to produce a mysterious vibe surrounding a single character, I decided to attempt to silhouette them- as a way to hide their identity, continuing the patterns of the unknown. The single issue with this resolution, is that I’m unaware of a way to do so without have a single action and frame being attempted. I’d rather not create a single overlay in which a single form is being performed- I’m trying to find a way to enable the character’s movements- similar to a filter. The one portion that would be differing from the filter is that I’d only like the character to appear at such a tone.
At first, I believed perhaps doing overlays- such as the opacity of a character is edited; may work… but thinking about it I’m not exactly sure.
